Gems Education UAE is seeking a Secondary Inclusion Specialist for an IB World School in Dubai. This role focuses on inclusive strategies to support diverse learners, ensuring academic progress and holistic development.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Education or equivalent, three years of inclusive education experience, and a strong grasp of IB frameworks. The position offers a competitive tax-free salary, furnished accommodation, and avenues for professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years experience teaching Secondary or High School Inclusion.
• Experience within IB curriculum preferred.
• Strong understanding of IB MYP and DP frameworks.

• Valid enhanced DBS or equivalent police clearance.

Responsabilités

• Implement inclusive teaching strategies aligned with IB MYP and DP frameworks.
• Develop, monitor, and review Individual Education Plans to support student achievement.
• Collaborate with subject teachers to modify curriculum delivery and assessment practices.
• Provide structured intervention sessions for students requiring additional academic support.
