Job summary

Milele Prime in Dubai is seeking an IB Manager to own the day-to-day acquisition, onboarding and activation of Introducing Brokers across South Asia, Africa and MENA. You will guide partners from first contact to funded clients and drive volume through rebates and custom agreements.

The role requires 3+ years in IB/affiliate roles at a forex or CFD broker, deep MT5, CRM and multi-level IB structures knowledge, with an existing partner network in target regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in an IB, partnerships or affiliate role at a retail forex or CFD brokerage.
• Proven track record onboarding IBs and generating volumes.
• Understanding of MT5, broker CRMs, and multi-level IB structures.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and sign new IBs across South Asia, Africa and MENA.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding: CRM registration, KYC, agreements, rebate setup.
• Explain rebate ladder and IB structure; handle custom rate requests.
• Activate onboarding: launch plans, marketing assets, tracking registrations and deposits.
• Manage a live partner portfolio with weekly reviews and escalations.
• Address partner queries on commissions, payouts and portal access.
• Maintain CRM pipeline with stages, volume expectations and actions.
• Flag abuse or misuse and escalate to compliance.
• Represent Milele Prime at industry expos and partner events.
