Job summary

IDM Technologies is seeking a senior IAM operations lead in Dubai to own day-to-day IAM operations, interface with service delivery, and drive platform governance. You will manage incidents, ensure KPI adherence, and mentor a team of IAM engineers while promoting IAM best practices across the enterprise.

The role focuses on hands-on experience with SailPoint, Oracle, Ping/ForgeRock, and One Identity, with IAM certifications and strong stakeholder management to steer security initiatives.
