Trustco Pest Control & Cleaning Services L.L.C. in Dubai seeks an energetic Telesales Executive for a hybrid role. You will outbound-call, qualify leads, close deals, and engage with prospects on social channels to convert interactions into sales.

The role requires 1–2 years of outbound sales experience, solid social media know-how, and strong communication. Expect a competitive base, commissions, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of proven outbound telesales / cold-calling experience (UAE market experience preferred).
• Demonstrated understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite) and social selling techniques.
• Proven track record of meeting or beating monthly sales targets.
• Exceptional phone presence, persuasive communication, and quick objection-handling skills.
• Fast, professional written communication skills for managing DMs and online queries.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound calls (cold and warm leads) to prospects, pitch our solutions, and secure qualified meetings/deals.
• Handle objections confidently, navigate gatekeepers, and guide leads through the sales pipeline.
• Monitor company social media channels for incoming inquiries, comments, and direct messages (DMs).
• Respond quickly to social media leads and transition digital conversations into phone calls and closed sales.
• Stay updated on social media trends, buyer behavior, and platform updates to optimize lead response strategies.
• Keep customer interactions, social media inquiries, and sales stages accurately documented in the CRM.
• Consistently meet daily call volume metrics, response time targets, and monthly sales quotas.
