Job summary

AECOM is seeking Project Surveyors (Measurement) to join our UAE Cost Management team in Dubai. You will perform measurement, quantity take-offs, cost planning and BoQ preparation across project stages, supporting Senior Surveyors and the wider team.

This role offers hybrid work options with opportunities to relocate from overseas to Dubai, gaining exposure to major UAE and regional projects within a global consultancy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Higher National Diploma, Higher Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Undertake measurement and quantity take-offs from drawings and models.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities and schedules of quantities.
• Measure architectural, structural, civil, and MEP elements as required.
• Review drawings to identify scope, discrepancies, omissions, and changes.
• Maintain auditable measurement records to support cost plans and BoQs.
• Assist with checking measurement outputs from others.
• Use BIM and digital measurement tools as required.
