Job summary

Beyond ONE is redefining digital experiences with a data-first approach. We are seeking a leader to build and scale our product analytics capability, transforming gut-feel decisions into data-backed strategies across our global teams.

You will diagnose the existing analytics landscape, build a scalable data stack, and enable self-service insights for product, leadership, and engineering. Lead hiring for a product analytics team and partner with the CPO to shape strategy.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors or Masters in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or related.
• Experience: 8 years in analytics roles, including at least 3 years in senior or lead positions.
• Proven ability to build analytics functions from the ground up in high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the diagnosis of the current analytics landscape and help build a modern scalable data stack.
• Launch self-service product analytics capabilities for cross-functional teams.
• Partner with CPO and stakeholders to steer product strategy with data-driven insights.
• Hire and develop the product analytics team of the future.
