Job summary

Beyond ONE is a digital services provider reshaping personalised digital ecosystems across high growth markets. As Director of Digital Product you will own the roadmap definition and implementation for our Digital platforms, ensuring seamless customer experiences, operational efficiency, and business growth.

You'll lead cross-functional teams, drive data-driven decisions, and establish scalable product processes while navigating regulatory requirements across our markets.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in digital product management.
• Experience in telco industry preferred.
• Track record of launching consumer-facing products at scale.
• Proven ability to recruit and develop product teams.
• Experience establishing product development frameworks in high-growth environments.
• Deep expertise in digital self-care platforms and mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the digital product roadmap aligned with business goals and market trends.
• Enhance the digital self-care experience across mobile apps and web apps.
• Lead collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and commercial teams to implement digital initiatives.
• Translate business needs into actionable product strategies and enhancements.
• Oversee backlog management and delivery processes with clear prioritization.
• Drive data-informed decision making leveraging analytics and user insights.
• Establish and refine product development processes as we scale.
• Foster a culture of rapid experimentation and iteration.
• Lead by example from ideation to implementation and beyond while ensuring regulatory compliance.
