Job summary

Salt in Dubai, a fintech innovator, is seeking an experienced Data Analytics Manager to lead the BI/Analytics function from data warehouse to business decisions.

You will define metrics, build trusted dashboards, and promote visualization standards while guiding leadership with fast, data-driven insights. This role reports to senior leadership and collaborates across Product, Commercial, Finance and Growth to shape priorities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics, BI or Analytics Engineering.
• Experience leading and developing Analytics/BI teams.
• Advanced SQL skills to validate and interrogate complex datasets.
• Expertise in at least one modern BI platform (Looker/Tableau/Power BI/Sigma/Metabase/Superset).
• Strong dashboard design and data visualization to create intuitive UX.
• Experience in fintech, payments, retail or digital businesses.
• Excellent stakeholder management with ability to influence senior leadership.
• Knowledge of data governance, metric definitions and reporting best practices.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years' experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or Analytics Engineering.
• Previous experience leading and developing Analytics or BI teams.
• Advanced SQL skills with the ability to validate and interrogate complex datasets.
• Expertise in at least one modern BI platform such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, Metabase or Superset.
• Strong dashboard design and data visualisation expertise with a passion for creating intuitive user experiences.
• Experience working within fintech, payments, retail or digital businesses.
• Excellent stakeholder management with the confidence to influence senior leadership.
• Knowledge of data governance, metric definitions and reporting best practices.
• Python or R experience is advantageous.
