Job summary

noon seeks an Associate Director - GCC to lead cross-border logistics strategy and scale end-to-end operations in the GCC. You will drive growth, optimize P&L, and align with customs authorities and 3PL partners to enable seamless cross-border movements.

You will mentor high-performing teams, implement tech-driven processes, and report to senior leadership on strategic outcomes across the UAE, KSA, and wider GCC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in operations management, supply chain logistics, or engineering.
• Master's degree or MBA is highly preferred.
• Extensive leadership experience in large-scale e-commerce or cross-border logistics.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute the long-term GCC cross-border logistics roadmap for growth and efficiency.
• Oversee end-to-end GCC cross-border operations across UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.
• Define KPIs and improve SLAs across internal and external networks.
• Lead strategic partnerships and commercial negotiations with 3PLs, carriers, and vendors.
• Operationalize bonded operations in UAE and KSA with customs authorities.
• Ensure customs clearance at ports and build capabilities across GCC.
