Job summary

SCC Services Romania seeks an experienced Business Analyst for a 6-month freelance contract in Abu Dhabi. The role is hybrid, combining on-site collaboration with remote work, and involves bridging business needs with technology solutions.

You will gather and analyze requirements, create BRDs and user stories, and work with multiple teams to ensure alignment with objectives. UAE/GCC experience is a plus for this assignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of BA experience in technology, digital transformation, or IT projects.
• Strong experience gathering, documenting, and managing requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience creating process maps, workflow diagrams, and business documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements.
• Analyze current processes to identify improvements and optimization opportunities.
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings across business units.
• Create BRDs, user stories, process flows, and specifications.
• Coordinate with development, testing, and project teams to align solutions with objectives.
• Support change management and user adoption activities.
• Participate in UAT testing to validate delivered solutions.
• Monitor progress, raise risks, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement.
