ICEYE, the leading SAR satellite operator, is seeking a Customer Excellence Specialist in the UAE. You will manage the end-to-end order-to-delivery process for SAR imagery, balancing technical insight with proactive customer communication and tight operational precision.

You will work with satellite operations, product, and analytics teams to ensure deliveries meet ICEYE's high standards and customer expectations across the UAE region.

Formación

• Proven experience in customer excellence or account management roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Bachelor-level or practical experience in geography, remote sensing, or aerospace domains.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the order-to-delivery process from submission to final product delivery.
• Plan satellite resources for capturing SAR images and perform quality control.
• Resolve customer inquiries and coordinate with satellite operators, sales, analytics, and product teams.
• Contribute to process improvements and report KPIs to management.
• Serve as the primary contact for APAC governmental contracts and commercial clients.
• Coordinate and conduct service training for internal and external customers.
