ICEYE seeks a Program Director UAE to lead complex satellite mission programs from contract through delivery. You will orchestrate engineering, product, operations, and commercial teams to meet commitments, build trusted customer relationships, and scale mission delivery globally.

Based in Abu Dhabi with travel to Espoo and customer sites as required. Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in complex tech programs, strong leadership of cross-functional teams, and proven stakeholder management.

Qualificações

• 5–10 years’ experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programs in advanced technology environments (space, defence, telecom, IT)
• Strong customer-facing capability, including managing senior stakeholders and complex requirements
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams to deliver aligned outcomes
• End-to-end program management (planning, execution, governance across scope, schedule, budget, and risk)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in uncertain environments
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Degree in business, engineering, or a related field
• Must have or be able to get UAE residence

Responsabilidades

• Satellite Mission programs are delivered predictably on schedule, within budget, and meeting or exceeding targets
• Maintain high-trust partnerships with customers and ensure seamless program execution
• Provide clear program plans aligning stakeholders and enabling efficient resource use and financial control
• Proactively mitigate risks, dependencies, and escalations to ensure continuous, reliable delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to accelerate mission execution and improve delivery efficiency
• Drive measurable improvements in delivery efficiency, scalability, and predictability across Missions
• Ensure timely visibility into program status for informed decision-making and early intervention
