Job summary

ICEYE is seeking a Customer Excellence Specialist in the UAE to manage the end-to-end order-to-delivery process for SAR imagery. You will balance technical insight, proactive communication, and operational precision to ensure timely, accurate data delivery for regional customers.

You will collaborate with satellite operations, product, and analytics teams to uphold ICEYE’s standards and customer expectations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer excellence or account management roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree or practical experience in geography, remote sensing, or aerospace domains.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic

Responsibilities

Oversee the entire order process, from submission to the delivery of the final product.
Prepare comprehensive feasibility studies for satellite imagery, ensuring customer requirements are met.
Plan satellite resources for capturing SAR images.
Perform SAR image quality control to maintain high standards.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (satellite operators, sales, analytics, product software) to address project and customer-related issues.
Serve as the interface between clients and ICEYE, ensuring effective communication.
Contribute to improving existing processes and documentation.
Report to management on KPIs and anomalies.
Maintain a thorough understanding of ICEYE’s products, support, and services.
