Job summary

ICEYE in the Middle East is seeking a Program Manager to own one or more complex projects that enable key customers to effectively receive and benefit from ICEYE data. You will plan, design, and monitor the program, coordinating with engineering, operations, legal, finance, and sales teams to secure stakeholder advocacy and timely delivery.

The role requires a hands-on track record in program management, strong communication with customers and internal teams, and the ability to travel as needed

Qualifications

• Hands-on program management experience in complex projects.
• 5 years experience in PM roles (program/project).
• Project management skills and toolsets and supporting software.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a project team and communicate with customers and stakeholders.
• Ability to initiate, develop, integrate, execute, direct, and control program plans, and cost and schedule baselines.
• Bachelor’s degree in technical or business fields.
• Knowledge about remote sensing, GIS, EO and/or SAR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own one or more highly complex projects enabling key customers to effectively receive and benefit from ICEYE data.
• Plan, design, monitor progress and resolve issues; travel is required.
• Collaborate with ICEYE engineering, operations, legal, finance, and sales teams to inform decisions and secure advocacy.
• Communicate project status and issue resolutions with management and key customers.
• Establish program baselines and schedules; create, review, and execute program Statements of Work.
• Interface with cross-functional teams to meet cost, schedule and technical objectives.
• Deliver presentations to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify, delegate, track, and complete program requirements and report on performance.
• Lead risk and opportunity management and ensure compliance with processes and standards.
