ICEYE is seeking a Customer Excellence Specialist to manage the UAE order-to-delivery process for SAR imagery. You will coordinate with satellite operations, analytics, product, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

The role requires strong English and Arabic communication and a detail-focused mindset. You will own customer inquiries, drive process improvements, and maintain product knowledge.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in customer excellence or account management roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree or practical experience in geography, remote sensing, or aerospace domains.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic

Aufgaben

• Oversee the entire order process from submission to delivery of final product.
• Plan satellite resources for capturing SAR images and perform image quality control.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly; coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to process improvements and report KPIs to management.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of ICEYE products, support, and services.
• Serve as the main contact for APAC governmental and commercial contracts.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and monitor order progress.
• Coordinate service training for internal and external customers and ensure timely updates.
