Job summary
Siemens AG in Dubai invites a Sales Specialist - Core Automation to support pre‑sales activities across the Middle East. You will combine automation expertise with a consultative approach to guide customers in selecting optimal core automation solutions.
You will deliver engaging presentations, demonstrations and technical workshops, plan PoCs, and collaborate with sales and engineering teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.
Qualifications
- 5–6 years of industrial project experience in automation.
- Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMI, SCADA, and TIA Portal.
- Understanding of OT networking and IIoT in industrial environments.
- Excellent written and spoken English with strong presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the Middle East (less than 20%).
Responsibilities
- Provide pre‑sales technical support for core automation across the Middle East.
- Deliver product presentations, live demos, and technical workshops.
- Plan PoCs and technical evaluations with customers and document results.
- Promote automation products through visits, webinars, events and campaigns.
- Support technical proposals, specifications and responses to inquiries.
- Collaborate with account managers and partners to advance customer decisions.
- Develop reusable demonstration apps and portfolio knowledge sharing.
- Stay current with automation tech, market trends and competitor offerings.
- Coordinate with networking and IIoT specialists for integrated solutions.
