Job summary

Rixos Premium Dubai JBR is seeking a skilled AC Technician to maintain and repair building HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. You will perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and respond to emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to hotel operations.

You will work with external contractors, keep service logs, and follow safety standards while delivering reliable comfort to guests and colleagues in a luxury hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and respond to emergencies.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Install, service and repair air conditioning units (split, window, central).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues; respond to maintenance requests promptly.
• Maintain records, assist external contractors, and ensure safety procedures.
