Job summary

K4 Group in Dubai seeks an experienced HVAC Supervisor to oversee installation and execution across projects. You will supervise site teams, coordinate with MEP engineers and subcontractors, monitor progress, and ensure HVAC works comply with drawings and project specifications.

Candidates with strong hands-on HVAC project installation experience will be preferred over maintenance backgrounds, with emphasis on DX, VRF/VRV, CHW piping and AHU/FCU systems.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant HVAC project experience.
• Hands-on HVAC installation, project execution, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret HVAC shop drawings, schematics and MEP drawings.

• Supervise and coordinate HVAC installation, testing, commissioning and project execution activities.
• Manage HVAC technicians, installers, subcontractors and site manpower.
• Oversee installation of DX, Ducted Split and VRF/VRV systems.
• Supervise Chilled Water systems, including CHW piping.
• Oversee installation of FAHU, AHU and FCU systems.
• Read and interpret HVAC drawings and coordinate with MEP engineers and trades.
• Monitor daily site progress and ensure work aligns with project schedule.
• Prepare daily progress updates for the project management team.
• Ensure HSE requirements and quality standards are met.

Job Summary

K4 Group is looking for an experienced and technically strong HVAC Supervisor to oversee HVAC installation and execution activities across our projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on HVAC project experience, with the ability to supervise site teams, coordinate with MEP engineers and subcontractors, monitor installation progress, and ensure HVAC works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications.

Candidates with strong HVAC project installation and execution experience will be preferred over maintenance-only backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate HVAC installation, testing, commissioning and project execution activities.
• Manage HVAC technicians, installers, subcontractors and site manpower.
• Oversee installation of DX, Ducted Split and VRF/VRV systems.
• Supervise Chilled Water systems, including CHW piping.
• Oversee installation of FAHU, AHU and FCU systems.
• Supervise HVAC ductwork, fabrication, refrigerant piping, insulation and HVAC equipment installation.
• Read and interpret HVAC shop drawings, schematics, MEP drawings and project specifications.
• Coordinate HVAC works with MEP engineers, consultants, subcontractors and other site trades.
• Monitor daily site progress and ensure work is completed according to the project schedule.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, tools and equipment requirements with the relevant teams.
• Conduct site inspections and identify technical issues, installation discrepancies and quality concerns.
• Support HVAC testing, commissioning, inspection and handover activities.
• Ensure installation works comply with approved drawings, method statements, quality standards and HSE requirements.
• Troubleshoot HVAC-related technical issues and provide practical solutions.
• Prepare and provide daily work progress and site updates to the project management team.
• Ensure all HVAC activities are completed within the required timelines and project standards.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant HVAC project experience, preferably in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong hands-on experience in HVAC installation, project execution, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting.
• Practical experience with:

• Ducted Split Systems
• VRF/VRV Systems
• Chilled Water Systems and CHW Piping
• FAHU / AHU / FCU
• HVAC Ductwork & Fabrication

• Strong leadership, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
