Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer with a strong construction background to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of UAE experience in HVAC systems for construction projects and be capable of supervising installation, testing, commissioning, and project coordination. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and hands‑on experience managing HVAC activities on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise HVAC installation works on construction sites.
• Review HVAC design drawings, shop drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines.
• Ensure HVAC works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and applicable UAE standards.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of HVAC activities.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support during project execution.
• Coordinate testing, balancing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC systems.
• Monitor installation quality and ensure works comply with approved method statements and project requirements.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, MEP teams, and site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience as an HVAC Engineer in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including:
  • Chilled water systems
  • VRF / VRV systems
  • Ducting
  • Ventilation systems
  • Air conditioning systems
• Hands‑on experience in HVAC installation, testing, commissioning, and site coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• UAE Driving Licence is an advantage.
