Johnson Controls is seeking an HVAC Project Specialist to support site implementation across service, maintenance, retrofit, testing and commissioning in Dubai. You will coordinate customers, subcontractors and field teams to deliver projects on time and with accurate documentation, and you will help hand over with clear transition packs.
You will build strong customer relationships, support preventive maintenance scheduling, and assist in billing and reporting.
As an HVAC Project Specialist, you will report to the Operations Manager, Aftermarket HVAC Segment and play a key role in site implementation of HVAC systems across service, maintenance, retrofit, testing and commissioning activities. You will coordinate people, parts, reports and customer communication to help ensure jobs are delivered on time, documented accurately and handed over smoothly. Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the delivery of HVAC service and retrofit work. Coordinate site activities between customers, subcontractors, supervisors, field teams and office teams. Track and support scheduled planned preventive maintenance (PPM) activities. Drive assigned L&M and POC jobs, including testing and commissioning, and provide timely progress updates. Prepare and submit job progress, completion and invoicing support reports to the office team on time. Follow up on billing for completed jobs and ensure parts and materials are ordered and delivered as planned. Support system operation training and prepare handover documentation for customers. Help resolve site-related issues promptly while maintaining a safe and well-controlled work environment.
