Job summary

BG Global in Dubai seeks an experienced HVAC Engineer to oversee high-rise project execution and site operations across large-scale developments for a leading Tier 1 contractor. You will manage coordination across disciplines, ensure on-time delivery, and drive quality on critical HVAC installations.

Responsibilities include supervising HVAC works, reviewing drawings and specifications, coordinating with MEP teams, consultants and subcontractors, and monitoring testing, commissioning, and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Experience in HVAC engineering within construction, especially high-rise projects in UAE/GCC.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documentation.

BG Global is hiring an HVAC Engineer for a leading Tier 1 contracting company in Dubai UAE. Our client is looking for a skilled professional with experience in high-rise building projects to manage HVAC system execution coordination and site operations across large-scale developments. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage HVAC works for high-rise construction projects
• Review HVAC drawings layouts and technical specifications
• Coordinate with MEP teams consultants and subcontractors for smooth project execution
• Monitor installation testing and commissioning of HVAC systems
• Ensure all HVAC activities comply with project standards authority regulations and safety requirements
• Track project progress and support timely completion of site activities
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to HVAC systems and installations

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E / ) is mandatory
• 310 years of experience in HVAC engineering within the construction industry
• Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects in the UAE/GCC
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems MEP coordination and site execution
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documentation
• Good communication and coordination skills

Required Skills:

• Good understanding of construction methodologies architectural detailing and local building regulations.
• Experience in coordinating with consultants and site execution teams.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
