Job summary

BG Global is hiring an HVAC Engineer for a leading Tier 1 contracting company in Dubai, UAE. The role focuses on coordinating HVAC system execution and overseeing site operations on large-scale high-rise developments. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key responsibilities include supervising HVAC works, reviewing drawings, coordinating with MEP teams, and ensuring compliance with standards and safety regulations. Prior UAE high-rise experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• Experience in HVAC engineering within the construction industry.
• Experience in high-rise buildings in UAE/GCC.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documentation.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

Our client is looking for a skilled professional with experience in high-rise building projects to manage HVAC system execution coordination and site operations across large-scale developments. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage HVAC works for high-rise construction projects
• Review HVAC drawings, layouts and technical specifications
• Coordinate with MEP teams, consultants and subcontractors for smooth project execution
• Monitor installation, testing and commissioning of HVAC systems
• Ensure all HVAC activities comply with project standards, authority regulations and safety requirements
• Track project progress and support timely completion of site activities
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to HVAC systems and installations

Requirements

• Requirements-Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E / ) is mandatory
• 310 years of experience in HVAC engineering within the construction industry
• Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects in the UAE/GCC
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems MEP coordination and site execution
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documentation
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Immediate availability preferred

Required Skills

• Bachelors Degree in Architecture or related Engineering field.
• Minimum 812 years of experience in contracting/construction companies.
• Strong experience handling Civil Residential and Mixed-Use development projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit BIM and MS Office.
• Good understanding of construction methodologies architectural detailing and local building regulations.
• Experience in coordinating with consultants and site execution teams.
• Strong technical problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.
