Summary: The HVAC Project Engineer plays a critical role in the successful execution of HVAC and MEP projects across the UAE ensuring seamless coordination compliance with safety standards and on-time delivery within budget. This position requires a highly experienced professional with deep technical knowledge of HVAC systems and extensive on-site project management expertise. The engineer will lead all aspects of project implementation from initial planning to final commissioning acting as a key liaison between clients consultants contractors and internal teams to ensure high-quality outcomes and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  
• Minimum of 10 years of hands‑on experience in HVAC and MEP projects within the UAE
  
• Proven track record in managing large‑scale HVAC installations and site coordination
  
• Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning systems ductwork piping and ventilation
  
• Excellent understanding of UAE construction regulations safety standards and project documentation
  
• Fluent in Arabic (written and spoken); proficiency in English is essential
  
• Strong leadership communication and problem‑solving skills
  
• Experience with project management tools and software (e.g. MS Project AutoCAD Revit) is highly advantageous
