Job summary

Black & Grey HR is seeking a Mechanical Engineer for a leading Tier 1 contracting company in Dubai, UAE. The role focuses on managing mechanical activities, site coordination, and project execution across large-scale high-rise developments.

Immediate joiners will be given preference. The candidate should have extensive experience in mechanical engineering within construction, especially in high-rise projects in the UAE/GCC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 310 years of experience in mechanical engineering within the construction industry.
• Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, MEP coordination, and site execution.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage mechanical works for high-rise construction projects.
• Review mechanical drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with MEP teams, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
• Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning activities of mechanical systems.
• Ensure all mechanical works comply with project quality standards, Authority regulations, and safety requirements.
• Track project progress and support timely completion of site activities.
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to mechanical systems and installations.

Our client is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented professional with experience in high-rise building projects to manage mechanical engineering activities site coordination and project execution across large-scale developments. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage mechanical works for high-rise construction projects
• Review mechanical drawings technical specifications and project documentation
• Coordinate with MEP teams consultants contractors and subcontractors for smooth project execution

Requirements

• 310 years of experience in mechanical engineering within the construction industry
