Dusit Ajman Resort & Villas seeks an experienced HVAC Engineer to oversee all Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems across the property, ensuring comfort for guests and staff.

The role requires 5–8 years of hotel/HVAC experience, deep knowledge of chillers, AHUs and FCUs, and strong problem‑solving and leadership skills. On‑site duties cover guest rooms, public areas, kitchens and back‑of‑house operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years HVAC experience, preferably in hotels or large facilities.
• Strong knowledge of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation systems.
• Experience in energy management and cost control is a plus.
• Proven leadership and team supervision abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage HVAC operations across guest rooms, public areas, kitchens and back‑of‑house.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, repair and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Monitor performance of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps and cooling towers.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and energy-saving initiatives.
• Coordinate with external contractors and other engineering teams to ensure safety and compliance.

The ideal candidate will ensure optimal comfort for guests and staff by maintaining efficient, reliable, and energy-effective HVAC operations across the property.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all HVAC operations across guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, and back-of-house facilities. Oversee installation, maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems. Ensure optimal performance of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, cooling towers, and related systems. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and energy-saving initiatives. Monitor system performance and ensure quick response to breakdowns and emergencies. Supervise external contractors. Ensure compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and hotel policies. Manage HVAC spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement. Prepare technical reports, maintenance logs, and energy consumption reports. Support capital projects, system upgrades, and refurbishments.
