Job summary
TOP ROCK INTERIORS LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced HVAC Design Engineer to lead interior fit-out projects. You will perform cooling load calculations, equipment selection, and duct/piping sizing, and develop layouts and technical details across FCUs, AHUs, ventilation and exhaust systems.
Coordinate with ID, architectural, electrical, plumbing and fire fighting teams, review drawings, and prepare submittals, calculations and final documentation. UAE experience and AutoCAD proficiency required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 4–8 years of UAE experience in HVAC design for interior fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of cooling load, duct/pipe sizing and system layouts.
- Experience coordinating with ID, architecture, electrical and plumbing teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop HVAC systems for interior fit-out projects.
- Perform cooling load calculations, equipment selection and duct sizing.
- Prepare and review HVAC drawings, layouts and technical details.
- Coordinate design with multi-discipline teams and consultants.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals and calculations for approvals.
- Support testing, commissioning, balancing and handover.
