Job summary

Carrier is seeking an Account Manager to drive sales in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. You will leverage deep HVAC knowledge, build long-term client relationships, and present tailored air-cooled and water-cooled chiller solutions to customers and contractors.

Ideal candidates hold a mechanical engineering background, UAE driving license, and a proven track record in HVAC sales with strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Certifications in sales or business development are a plus.
• Experience in HVAC sales and account management is essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and manage full sales cycle from lead to close.
• Develop new client contacts and expand Carrier's client base in Abu Dhabi/Al Ain.
• Deliver technical and commercial presentations and win strategic opportunities.
