Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Human Rights Compliance Manager within the Global Remediation and Investigation Team to lead case-level remediation efforts across the supply chain. You will coordinate investigations, drive corrective actions, and ensure stakeholder alignment, while maintaining rigorous documentation and SLA adherence.

The role requires coordinating with Legal, PR, HR, and sourcing, with opportunities to mentor analysts and influence remediation frameworks across AMET.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance program management, governance, audit, or risk prevention.
• Proven ability to manage case work and remediation programs.
• Strong understanding of human rights principles and remediation methodologies.
• Experience coordinating with Legal, PR, HR, and sourcing teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead case management as STL within GRIT for human rights and environmental impacts.
• Coordinate investigations, remediation plans, and stakeholder responses within SLA.
• Partner with suppliers and service providers to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
• Document case records with rigorous data integrity for due diligence and trend analysis.
• Mentor junior specialists and contribute to SOPs and guidance materials.
