Job summary

Amazon Middle East and North Africa FZ-LLC seeks a Human Rights Compliance Manager to lead case-level remediation across the supply chain. This role oversees investigations, remediation design and coordination, working with legal, PR, HR, and sourcing to ensure timely, compliant outcomes.

The position requires strong human rights knowledge, risk assessment skills, and experience managing complex cases within SLAs.

Qualifications

• Experience with compliance program management, governance, audit, risk prevention.
• Demonstrated case management and remediation program experience.
• Strong understanding of human rights principles, labor standards, remediation methodologies.
• Proven experience coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders (Legal, PR, HR, sourcing).
• Proven ability to engage with cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to identify patterns.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to document findings clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple cases within SLA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage case-level remediation from intake through resolution and remedy.
• Coordinate remediation activities with suppliers, legal, PR, HR and sourcing teams.
• Oversee investigations, evidence gathering, and escalation handling with data integrity.
• Contribute to SOPs, guidance materials, and framework improvements based on case learnings.
