Job summary

Dautom is partnering with a globally recognized client to recruit an experienced HR Manager for their Dubai location. You will oversee HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, workforce planning, and policy development.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of HR leadership experience, strong Labour Law knowledge, and a proven ability to drive HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment. UAE national preference noted.

Qualifications

• We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in HR operations and policy development.
• Candidates must have 8+ years of HR experience including leadership roles.
• Solid knowledge of Labour Law and employment regulations in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with business requirements.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning across departments.
• Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and staffing requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Labour Law and applicable employment regulations.
• Oversee performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Manage employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS systems.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
• Monitor HR metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Support training, development, and succession planning initiatives.
• Coordinate with relevant government entities on HR and employment-related matters, where required.

• Strong organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with HRMS and applicant tracking
