Job summary

Makonis in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Emirati Human Resource Professional to support end-to-end HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance development. You will partner with business leaders to drive organizational growth while ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws and HR best practices.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, 3–5 years of HR experience in oil & gas or heavy industry, and fluency in Arabic and English.
