Job summary

HITACHI ENERGY L.L.C is seeking a Hub Quality and Continuous Improvement leader in Dubai. You will define the quality strategy, govern QA/CI functions, and ensure compliance with certifications while driving process performance across the hub.

You will lead governance, implement improvement programs, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with regional teams to align global quality with local market needs.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree is required and English must be advanced.
• Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or above) and quality tools expertise.
• ISO certification experience and auditing of Quality Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement Hub Quality and CI strategy aligned with BU needs.
• Lead governance of Quality and CI, develop policies and training.
• Audit planning, certification maintenance and CAPA closure.
• Monitor process performance indicators and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to improve offers and performance.
• Represent Quality to customers and manage risks from a quality view.
