Job summary

Roads and Transport Authority in Abu Dhabi is seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Health, Safety & Sustainability (HSS) Coordinator to support section reporting, data management, audits, and stakeholder engagement. This role involves maintaining records and coordinating on-site and external activities.

You will implement section routines, prepare evidence for accreditations, and coordinate awareness campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holders: 0–1+ years of experience.
• Diploma holders: 5+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare periodic section reports using approved HSS datasets.
• Coordinate consultative touchpoints with institutions on HSS documents and procedures; record agreed actions.
• Operate section routines by implementing leadership directives and following up on section tasks.
• Maintain databases of files, correspondence, and financial records; keep versions current.
• Support intake and validation of HSS data; resolve basic discrepancies with focal points.
• Prepare evidence files to support obtaining/renewing HSS accreditations/certifications; track deliverables.
• Coordinate awareness and participation logistics for HSS campaigns and events with concerned departments.
• Schedule audit/inspection activities; circulate plans and site access requirements; collect outputs and update non-conformity logs.
• Compile and circulate minutes, action registers, and correspondence linked to audits, certifications, and awareness activities.
• Support arrangements for Authority representation at external meetings/events; prepare briefing packs and follow-ups.
• Maintain calendars, trackers, and distribution lists for HSS reports, audits, certifications, and section actions.
• Recommend practical improvements to data capture templates, report formats, filing conventions, and audit tracking logs to strengthen accuracy and timeliness.
