Job summary

ADNOC Distribution seeks a senior HSE leader to develop emergency response procedures, crisis management and business continuity plans across the organization. The role ensures alignment with ADNOC standards and UAE regulations, guiding risk-based decisions from design to operation.

You will lead HSE competency, training and assurance programs, supervise risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement to safeguard people, assets, and operations in the UAE and abroad.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in health and safety, environmental science, engineering, or related field.
• 12 years’ experience in health and safety, environmental or similar role with 5+ years in managerial positions.
• Knowledge of HSE ADNOC standards, UAE life and fire code, ISO and related guidelines.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
• Willingness to learn and stay updated with industry developments.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of Crisis and Emergency plans compliant with ADNOC standards.
• Oversee Business Continuity BCM program ensuring resilience.
• Identify and assess risks; implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance across projects.
• Coordinate drills and training across UAE and international sites.
• Maintain ongoing monitoring of risk factors for senior management.
