Job summary

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company is seeking an HSE professional to monitor performance and guide implementation of HSE management systems across group operations in Abu Dhabi. You will act as a focal point for safety practices and provide feedback to ensure incidents are resolved and development projects comply with ADNOC standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Safety, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 6 years of experience with at least 3 years as Safety or HSE Engineer.
• Experience in HSE project implementation and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Review reports and inputs to support HSE matters.
• Monitor HSE compliance and participate in inspections.
• Revise purchasing standards to meet safety codes.
• Develop safety programs and ensure availability of safety materials.
• Prepare safety inspection checklists and schedule site hazards.
• Participate in HSE studies (risk assessments, etc.).
• Audit and assess deployed projects for continuous improvement.
• Investigate accidents and follow up on corrective actions.
