Job summary

Tanqeeb in Abu Dhabi is hiring an HSE Officer for a full-time role. The candidate will conduct inspections, monitor PTW/JSA, and ensure safe operations at sites and offshore locations.

Required qualifications include NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, OSHA (advantage), and BOSIET/FOET, HUET, H2S, Offshore Medical certifications. 3+ years offshore HSE experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in HSE with 3+ years offshore HSE experience.
• NEBOSH IGC and IOSH certification required; OSHA certification an added advantage.
• Valid BOSIET/FOET, HUET, H2S, and Offshore Medical certifications are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of work sites, equipment, tools, access areas, temporary facilities, storage areas, and ongoing activities.
• Monitors Permit To Work, SIMOPS, JSA, and safety controls for high-risk activities including hot work, lifting, work at height, confined spaces, electrical work, scaffolding, and traffic safety.
• Maintains required inspection, incident, induction, toolbox talk, corrective action, training, and HSE monitoring records and prepares periodic HSE reports and statistics.
• Monitors contractor and subcontractor activities for compliance with company IMS, approved project HSE requirements, and applicable client requirements.
