Job summary

Archirodon Group N.V. is seeking an HSE Officer to support daily operations on a newly awarded project in Abu Dhabi. The role involves implementing the IMS, delivering inductions and toolbox talks, and ensuring all activities reflect the company’s HSE standards.

You will assist the HSE Manager and lead investigations into accidents and near misses, coordinating with subcontractors to maintain rigorous safety controls and compliance on site.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Certificate as a minimum.
• 5-10 years relevant HSE experience in an O&G field.
• Experience in Onshore or Offshore is mandatory.
• Knowledge of HSE Standards.
• ADNOC approval is highly preferable.
• Good reporting skills.
• Good command (written and spoken) of English.

Responsibilities

• Assist the HSE Manager / Senior HSE Officer in daily operations.
• Apply and implement the IMS (HSE aspects) across the project.
• Ensure activities comply with HSE policy and procedures.
• Deliver inductions and toolbox talks to all personnel.
• Assist in accident, incident and near-miss investigations and reporting.
• Take corrective actions and inform HSE Manager of hazards.
• Participate in meetings, drills, inspections and audits.
• Address non-compliance and unsafe conditions with appropriate action.
• Support the team and assist in close-out of corrective actions.
• Provide guidance to the assistant HSE Officer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
