Archirodon Group N.V. seeks an experienced HSE Manager with ADNOC approval to join our Oil & Gas project team in the UAE. The role oversees health, safety and environmental compliance across construction, fabrication, installation and commissioning activities.

You will lead a multidisciplinary HSE team, conduct audits and investigations, and drive continuous improvements while liaising with regulatory bodies and project management to ensure ADNOC standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering, science or HSE from a recognized institution.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement and maintain HSE management systems aligned with ADNOC requirements.
• Lead and manage a team of HSE professionals to foster a culture of safety excellence.
• Conduct inspections, audits and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement controls.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure HSE compliance across all project phases.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Engage with regulatory bodies and stay updated on HSE regulations and best practices.
• Prepare and submit HSE reports and statistics as required by ADNOC and regulators.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HSE performance.

Formation

Bachelor Degree in Engineering OR Science OR HSE Discipline
