Job summary

Electra Events & Exhibitions is seeking a proactive HSE professional to provide project-based safety support across the GCC region. You will conduct site inspections, verify compliance with risk assessments and PTW requirements, and coordinate with management and contractors on safety matters.

Key duties include conducting toolbox talks, safety briefings, reporting near misses and incidents, and maintaining HSE records.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing UAE/Abu Dhabi HSE regulations and standards.
• Familiarity with HIRA/JSA/JHA & MSRA, PTW processes, and incident investigations.
• Ability to conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.

At Electra we need talented people that will share our strategy to be the obvious partner contracting for local amp international players who wish to set up an event within the GCC To provide project-based HSE support ensure compliance with company and legal requirements andmaintainsafe working conditions at the project site

Key Responsibilities

Conduct site HSE inspections and identify unsafe acts conditions Ensure compliance with approved Risk Assessments Method Statements and PTW requirements Conduct site induction toolbox talks and safety briefings Monitor PPE compliance and safe working practices Monitor work-at-height lifting electrical hot-workand other high-risk activities Report incidents near misses and unsafe conditions and support investigations Follow up corrective actions and close HSE observations Maintain daily HSE records inspection reports and other required documentation Support emergency preparedness and participate in drills when required Coordinate with site management supervisors workers and contractors on HSE matters Ensure compliance with applicable UAE Abu Dhabi HSE requirements and client project standards Provide HSE support during project activities including installation construction event build-up dismantling or other assigned works

General Obligations towards Health, Safety and Environment

You will correctly use machinery, appliances, tools, transport, and all equipment issued by the company. You will correctly use personal protective equipment supplied by the company. You will not remove any safety devices for any machinery or installations. You will perform all tasks set forth by safety and environmental regulations and thus cooperate with Electra to ensure a working environment and condition that do not pose any risks in terms of health, safety and environment to others.
