TOP ROCK INTERIORS LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced HSE Officer to implement and monitor UAE interior fit-out HSE policies across active project sites.
You will conduct daily site inspections, perform risk assessments, prepare JSA/JHA and PTW, lead toolbox talks and safety training, investigate incidents, and maintain meticulous HSE records to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Implement and monitor the company s HSE policies procedures and safety requirements across interior fit-out project sites Conduct daily site inspections to identify unsafe conditions hazards and unsafe work practices Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations client requirements project HSE plans and applicable safety standards Prepare and maintain Risk Assessments Method Statements JSA JHA PTW inspection checklists and other HSE documentation Conduct regular toolbox talks safety inductions awareness sessions and site safety training for employees and subcontractors Monitor proper use of PPE and ensure safe working practices are followed by all site personnel Identify potential hazards related to fit-out activities such as working at height hot works electrical works lifting manual handling temporary works and housekeeping Coordinate with Project Managers Site Engineers Supervisors subcontractors and client consultant HSE representatives Investigate accidents incidents near misses unsafe acts and unsafe conditions and prepare appropriate reports Recommend and follow up on corrective and preventive actions and ensure timely closure Monitor site housekeeping access egress emergency arrangements fire safety first aid and welfare facilities Conduct regular safety audits and inspections and maintain records of findings and corrective actions Monitor compliance of subcontractors with approved HSE requirements and project safety procedures Ensure necessary permits and approvals are obtained before carrying out high-risk activities Participate in emergency drills and support implementation of emergency response procedures Maintain accurate HSE records inspection reports training records incident reports and monthly statistics Prepare daily weekly and monthly HSE reports for management and project teams Support project teams in maintaining a proactive safety culture and continuously improving site HSE performance Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in *Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field*.*Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience as an HSE Officer.**Interior Fit-Out / Construction experience is mandatory.**NEBOSH IGC is mandatory.*Additional *IOSH / OSHA / relevant HSE certifications* will be an advantage.Strong practical knowledge of UAE HSE requirements and construction/fit-out safety practices.Hands-on experience with *Risk Assessments, Method Statements, JSA/JHA, PTW, toolbox talks, inspections, audits, and incident investigations*.Good knowledge of working-at-height, hot work, electrical safety, lifting operations, manual handling, fire safety, and general fit-out site hazards.Experience dealing with *consultants, clients, subcontractors, and site teams*.Strong knowledge of PPE requirements, emergency procedures, site housekeeping, and safe work practices.Good documentation and reporting skills with proficiency in *MS Office*.Strong communication, leadership, observation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to conduct effective safety training and toolbox talks for workers and supervisors.Proactive approach with the confidence to stop unsafe work and ensure corrective action.Ability to work under pressure and manage HSE requirements across active project sites.UAE Driving License is an added advantage.*Immediate joiners or candidates available on short notice will be preferred.*
