Job summary

Alert International is seeking an experienced Project HSE Manager to lead on-site health, safety and environmental activities, ensuring ADNOC and UAE regulatory compliance across oil & gas EPC projects. You will manage the HSE team, conduct risk assessments, audits, incident investigations and train staff while promoting a strong safety culture.

The role requires ADNOC onshore HSE approval, UAE experience, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, OHS or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of oil and gas/EPC HSE experience.
• Experience in major ADNOC EPC projects is required.
• UAE/GCC onshore experience preferred.
• NEBOSH, IOSH and ISO certifications preferred.
• Good English communication and MS Office skills.
• Must be eligible for CICPA/Security Pass.
• Attested degree, certificates, experience letters and passport copy required for ADNOC approval.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project HSE team and implement the HSE plan in line with ADNOC Group HSE requirements.
• Plan and run HSE audits, inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Manage permit to work, emergency response and HSE training.
• Report HSE performance to the Project Manager and the client.
• Ensure subcontractors meet HSE requirements.
• Maintain legal compliance with UAE and Abu Dhabi regulations.
• Promote a positive safety culture on site

In this role you will lead all health, safety and environmental activities on site, ensuring compliance with ADNOC requirements and UAE regulations. The role involves managing the HSE team, implementing safety plans, conducting inspections and risk assessments, investigating incidents, monitoring subcontractors and promoting a safe working environment throughout the project.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the project HSE team and implement the HSE plan in line with ADNOC Group HSE requirements.
• Plan and run HSE audits, inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Manage permit to work, emergency response and HSE training.
• Report HSE performance (leading and lagging indicators) to the Project Manager and the client.
