Job summary

Nova International General Contracting is seeking a qualified HSE professional to join our UAE-based team in Abu Dhabi. You will conduct daily HSE inspections, monitor high‑risk activities, and ensure compliance with MSRA, PTW and site safety standards.

The ideal candidate has NEBOSH IGC or equivalent, 3–5 years of UAE construction experience, and proven communication and coordination skills to work with supervisors and subcontractors on high‑rise projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree with NEBOSH IGC or equivalent recognized HSE qualification.
• 3–5 years of HSE experience in UAE construction projects.
• Good communication and site coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of HSE experience in UAE construction projects.
• Previous high‑rise / multi‑storey building construction experience in Abu Dhabi or Dubai is essential.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
• Good practical knowledge of work at height, scaffolding, lifting activities, formwork, housekeeping, electrical safety, PPE and PTW requirements.
• Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi HSE requirements.
• Good communication and site coordination skills.
