AimGulf is hiring a senior HSE professional to lead regulatory compliance and safety at Abu Dhabi cruise terminals and marina facilities. You will direct all HSE activities, ensure ALARP risk levels, and coordinate with external emergency services in a high-visibility setting.

The role requires strong leadership, incident investigation skills and a track record in marine or waterfront operations. UAE nationals are preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor level or higher in engineering, science or HSE related field.
• NEBOSH Diploma or IGC is mandatory.
• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent is desirable.
• Lead Auditor in OHSAS/ISO 14001 is a plus.
• Additional HSE certificates are beneficial.

Mansioni

• Plan, direct and control HSE activities for cruise terminals and public marina facilities.
• Maintain ALARP risk levels for passengers, staff and public in high-visibility settings.
• Manage vessel access, waterfront operations and crowd movement safely.
• Oversee contractor and third-party activities via PTW systems and risk reviews.
• Ensure compliance with AD regulatory requirements and ISO standards.
• Lead incident management, investigations and corrective actions.
• Prepare HSE performance reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Oversee environmental compliance and waste management.
• Develop emergency preparedness and response arrangements.
• Coordinate with Civil Defense, ambulance and Coast Guard services.
• Drive HSE awareness, training and competency programs.
• Maintain business continuity plans and conduct regular drills.
• Analyze HSE data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
