Job summary

ERAM Manpower Service is hiring an HSE Engineer for UAE Oil & Gas projects based in Abu Dhabi. The role requires 4–7 years of hands-on HSE experience within EPC installation or commissioning in the oil & gas sector.

The candidate should hold an Engineering Degree plus NEBOSH IGC or Lead Auditor certification, and familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards. UAE/Gulf experience preferred; ADNOC project exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have strong HSE knowledge and hands-on EPC project exposure.
• Proven leadership in managing HSE personnel and resources.
• Solid understanding of HSE management systems and regulatory requirements.
• Experience developing and implementing HSE and emergency plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSE plans and welfare programs.
• Lead HSE personnel and supervisors on site.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ISO standards.
• Prepare and implement emergency response and incident investigation processes.
