The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 8–10 years of HSE experience, and professional certifications (NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, OSHA). You will collaborate with project teams and contractors to uphold safety excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 8-10 years of HSE experience in construction or engineering consultancy.
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, OSHA or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and international safety standards.
• Strong communication, reporting, and incident investigation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HSE reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and management systems.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, client requirements, and company HSE standards.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness training for site personnel.
• Review method statements, risk assessments, and permit-to-work systems.
• Monitor environmental compliance, waste management, and sustainability initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain HSE reports, statistics, and regulatory documentation.
• Liaise with project teams, contractors, and clients on HSE matters.
• Support emergency preparedness and response planning.
