Job summary

A Group in Dubai is seeking an HSE Coordinator to support a safe, organized, and compliant working environment. The successful candidate will assist with safety coordination, workplace inspections, documentation, and the implementation of health and safety procedures across daily operations.

You will coordinate day-to-day HSE activities, conduct inspections, maintain records, and support incident reporting, toolbox talks, and emergency preparedness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day HSE activities and safety requirements
• Conduct workplace inspections and identify potential hazards
• Assist in implementing health, safety, and environmental procedures
• Maintain HSE records, reports, checklists, and documentation
• Support incident and accident reporting and follow-up
• Coordinate safety meetings, toolbox talks, and awareness activities
• Monitor compliance with company safety policies and procedures
• Work closely with supervisors and employees to promote safe working practices
• Assist with emergency preparedness and corrective action tracking
