Trustbend Packers & Movers, where safety is at the core of what we do, is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HSE Assistant to join our team in Dubai. This role is for individuals passionate about health, safety, and environmental standards to ensure workplace compliance and employee well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Support in organizing HSE training sessions and awareness programs for staff.
• Assist in incident investigations and maintain accurate HSE records and reports.
• Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) across teams.
• Monitor compliance with legal requirements, company safety rules, and ISO standards.
• Coordinate emergency drills and support risk assessments.
• Provide administrative support to the HSE department and help maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Previous experience in an HSE role, preferably within logistics, transportation, or relocation services.
• Good knowledge of HSE regulations and standards in the UAE.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
