Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (CHRP/CIPD certification is a major plus).
• Must be a local resident/national of Dubai with a deep structural understanding of the local culture, talent market, and networking channels.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience working as an HR Generalist or HRBP, preferably within a tech startup, travel ecosystem, or fast-paced corporate environment.
• Comprehensive, functional, and up-to-date knowledge of UAE Labor Laws and immigration/visa processes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Proficiency in modern HRIS tools, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
