Job summary

Edari is seeking an experienced HR Transformation Consultant to lead the review and transformation of onboarding and offboarding processes across multiple business verticals in the UAE. The role focuses on simplifying journeys, enhancing HR technology usage and delivering a seamless employee experience.

The consultant will define platform requirements, drive data quality, and ensure end-to-end journey tracking with clear KPIs for a 3-month engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR transformation or HR process transformation.
• 5+ years in HR technology implementation or HR transformation projects.
• Strong ability to redesign processes, simplify and standardise journeys.
• Demonstrated project or programme management within HR environments.
• Experience with Avature or similar HR tech platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR Onboarding & Offboarding Transformation Programme from assessment through implementation.
• Perform current-state assessment of onboarding/offboarding across verticals.
• Identify duplication, bottlenecks, data issues and experiential gaps.
• Drive harmonisation, simplification and standardisation of journeys.
• Develop target-state processes, rules, approvals and touchpoints.
• Define platform and integration requirements including Avature alignment.
• Lead requirements gathering, testing, deployment and change activities.
• Establish end-to-end journey tracking and KPI framework.
• Create deployment roadmaps, readiness plans and benefits-tracking.
