Job summary
New Century Education in Abu Dhabi is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to support the expanding school network. You will assist the HR team with daily admin, recruitment coordination, employee files, and ADEK compliance.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Master's in HR, experience in a school setting, and knowledge of ADEK PASS is advantageous; CIPD or similar qualification is preferred. The role offers a competitive tax-free salary and visa sponsorship.

New Century Education is a brand-new school group established in 2021 and based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. We are a non traditional and progressive school operator with more than 5000 students studying the US California state curriculum across 6 campuses in Al Ain and Baniyas, Abu Dhabi.
